Given the ongoing scarcity of labour in the job market, businesses must expedite their learning process in acquiring skills, tools, and systems that minimize labour-intensive tasks. Zapier offers a diverse selection of web-based tools that can be connected or integrated with each other through its platform. These tools encompass various functionalities such as email marketing services, project management tools, customer relationship management CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, and more. Essentially, Zapier acts as a bridge that allows different web applications and processes to work together seamlessly.
Program Objective:
The present workshop aims to assist businesses of all sizes in applying Zapier to automate repetitive tasks across social media and business platforms, streamline workflows, and ultimately save valuable time and resources.
The Participant will be able to do after the workshop:
- Set up Zaps to capture leads from different platforms for response and fast tracking, e.g., follow-up emails or notifications.
- Automate the project management process of creating tasks, assigning                                                 responsibilities based on predefined rules.
- Post content to social media platforms at scheduled times, monitor hashtags and trigger actions when deemed necessary.
- Use Zaps to sync data between different applications and automatically create or update records based on specific triggers or actions.
- Simplify the process of creating orders, updating inventory, shipping information and customers.

The Speaker:Â
The speaker, Mr. Leung is a highly experienced marketer, brand advisor, technology trainer, and investment agency professional with a strong focus on companies listing in Hong Kong. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions such as the former VP the HK Young Entrepreneur Association and committee member of various organizations including the Pan-Pearl River Delta Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce, Greater Bay Area Human Resources Association, MCAHK, HKINED Association, and CNEC.  These roles have allowed him to develop a wide range of business and technology skills, making him highly proficient in offering training services and solutions, including the New Industrialization and Technology Training Programme (NITTP).
Over the past decade, the speaker has successfully conducted over 200+ workshops and programs in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau.
