Program Objective:
The workshop is to equip participants with a deep understanding of chatbot technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and computer-based assimilation. By skill acquisition, the enterprise can create a chatbot platform to meet the specific needs like customer service, employee training, knowledge management, sales and marketing, helpdesk support, virtual world interaction, and education. In short, it aims at interacting with customers, employees, and stakeholders, while driving innovation and growth in respective industries.

The Speaker:Â
The speaker, Mr. Ng is a highly experienced entrepreneur and project architect with over 20 years of experience in AI development and e-commerce. He specializes in utilizing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to create various chatbot platforms for use in education, e-commerce, business, and safety. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various parties, including government bodies, to regulate the development of e-commerce marketplaces, payment gateways, social network platforms, media, and logistics. He has also been featured in numerous publications in Hong Kong as an author and interviewee.
The speaker graduated with a major in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he won the championship in the CUHK Entrepreneurship Competition. He has been appointed by the Education Bureau HKSAR as a member of the Merchandise Trading and E-commerce Training Board. Currently, Mr. Ng serves as the CEO of a tech company, the Co-founder & Vice President of the E-Commerce Association of Hong Kong, and Technical Advisor of many tech startups.
