Digital learning is a flexible and convenient method of education that utilizes technologies to deliver training content.  With digital learning, employees can access learning materials at their own pace and convenience. It enables organizations to reach many learners simultaneously, making it cost-effective for geographically dispersed teams or diverse workforces.  Digital learning ensures consistency in training outcomes and content delivery, while also allowing for personalized learning paths and adaptive assessments. This enhances engagement and knowledge retention. Additionally, it provides organizations with valuable data on learner progress, completion rates, and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of training programs.
The Participant will be able to do after the workshop:
- Develop and implement an effective digital learning strategy within their organization, considering factors such as target audience, content readiness, and technology selection.
- Design engaging and interactive learning modules using authoring tools, incorporating elements such as multimedia, gamification, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate effectively with digital learning partners, including project managers, subject matter experts, and digital learning suppliers, to ensure successful development and deployment of digital learning initiatives.
- Create comprehensive storyboards and scripts for learning modules, ensuring clear and concise communication of information and seamless navigation through the content.
- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing, ensuring proper functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and platforms before launching them to learners.
Learning Methodologies:
A variety of methodologies will be used and blended in the sessions to maximize engagement and enhance the learning experience.
- Interactive Lectures
- Case Studies
