The speaker, Ms. Yu has been the Head of People and Organizational Development with over 20 years’ experience in leading a team of training and change professionals to provide innovative HR services and training solutions to prominent companies in Hong Kong, PRC, and the Asia Pacific region. Notable clients include Swire Group, Schindler, Aon, The Dairy Farm, Zung Fu, Sino Group, and their affiliates. As a change and management consultant, she has spearheaded numerous transformation projects, such as reinventing competency training models, delivering client-focused account services, aligning workforce with the organization’s vision, fostering desired cultures, driving process improvement initiatives, and implementing ESG for award competition.
During her tenure as an L&D/OD General Manager, she demonstrated exceptional oversight and execution of a wide range of training programs. These initiatives were meticulously crafted to enhance the competencies of supervisors, high-potential employees, team leaders, managers, and executives. This was accomplished by a thorough and comprehensive review of the business, organization, job roles, and performance gaps in a holistic manner, catering to the specific needs of individuals and teams across various levels within the organization.
