Process Automation by Non-Coding Workers

Introduction:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that enables businesses to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks using software robots or “bots,” without the need for experienced programmers. In simpler terms, non-technical workers can perform tasks typically carried out by coding personnel. RPA provides a multitude of advantages for enterprises, including heightened operational efficiency, enhanced accuracy, cost reduction, and increased employee productivity. By integrating RPA with existing systems, employees can concentrate on critical tasks, enabling businesses to maintain competitiveness in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

The Participant will be able to do after the workshop:

• Identify potential areas for automation in their respective industries and develop a plan to implement RPA in their organization.
• Design and develop RPA bots using popular RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Map out business processes and workflows and determine which processes can be automated using RPA.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure they are running optimally and identify areas for improvement.

Learning Reinforcement:

A pre-workshop survey will be carried out to solicit input from a sample of participants for the design and development of relevant learning content.  Depending on the needs, pre-reading materials may be sent before the workshop.

The client has the option to join in a 45-minute group coaching session one month after the workshop. This session serves to reinforce the learning, address on-the-job challenges, and facilitate in-depth dialogue, thereby ensuring the effective acquisition of the lessons learned.

The Speaker: 

The speaker, Mr. Leung is a highly experienced marketer, brand advisor, technology trainer, and investment agency professional with a strong focus on companies listing in Hong Kong.  Throughout his career, he has held senior positions such as the former VP the HK Young Entrepreneur Association and committee member of various organizations including the Pan-Pearl River Delta Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce, Greater Bay Area Human Resources Association, MCAHK, HKINED Association, and CNEC.  These roles have allowed him to develop a wide range of business and technology skills, making him highly proficient in offering training services and solutions, including the New Industrialization and Technology Training Programme (NITTP).

Over the past decade, the speaker has successfully conducted over 200+ workshops and programs in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau.
